Registration open through Wednesday, April 26.
Golfers should please send handicaps and any preferred playing partners to Jackie Dunn at [email protected] no later than Friday, April 28.

11:00 -1:00 p.m. | Golfer check-in
11:00-12:15 p.m. | Sponsor check-in
12:15-1:30 p.m. | Hole Sponsor setup
11:00-1:15 p.m. | Driving Range and Putting Green open
11:30-1:00 p.m. | Box lunches in the Hospitality area on the patio
11:30-1:10 p.m. | Putting Contest at the Putting Green
1:30 p.m. | Golfers in carts + Announcements
1:45 p.m. | Shotgun Start, 6-person scramble
5:30 -8:00 p.m. | Reception & Awards Dinner
 

REGISTRATION

This event is open at no charge to FEI Dallas members and sponsors per the guidelines for their sponsorship level.  Pre-registration is required for all attendees.  Register by Wednesday, April 26. 
IMPORTANT FOR GOLFERS | After registering, please email your handicap and any preferred playing partners to Jackie Dunn no later than Friday, April 28. Best effort will be made to place golfers with at least one requested playing partner.

  • Friday, April 28 | Deadline for handicaps and any preferred playing partners.  We’ll do our best to accommodate up to four players per 6-person team.

  • Annual Sponsors | Contact Jackie Dunn by Wednesday, April 26 to register your golfers/attendees per your sponsorship level.  Note:  In the past, the Golf Tournament and Wine Tasting were combined in one event.  This year the Golf Tournament and Wine Tasting are separate events.  Annual Sponsors get the same attendance at the two separate events as you did for the previously combined event.  Your representatives have the choice to golf (including dinner) or attend dinner only if they prefer not to golf.

CANCELLATION

To cancel a reservation, contact Jackie Dunn at [email protected].  Forty-eight ‘business’ hours notice is requested for cancellation.  We recognize that plans can change at the last minute; however, as good stewards of our chapter finances, we ask your help in controlling expenses due to last-minute cancellations and no‑shows.
