Nutrition For The Busy Professional
So many of us struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle due to demanding schedules, stress, and convenience-driven eating habits. This can be even more challenging for women who ALSO have to carve out time for kids, aging parents and their own self-care. This presentation provides practical, evidence-based strategies to help professionals optimize their nutrition and overall health for today while caring for their “future selves”.
