KPMG’s annual accounting and tax update for FEI Dallas will focus on important standard setting and regulatory updates in the world of financial reporting, current trends and hot topics around tax incentives from the Inflation Reduction Act, among other tax incentive programs, and an update on our observations and experiences with return to office programs from both a tax and employee experience perspective.

2026 World Cup Soccer in Dallas

Dallas is shining in the global spotlight as FIFA announced a FIFA World Cup 26™ Semi-final will be played at Dallas Stadium (AT&T Stadium) in the city of Arlington. Overall, Arlington will host nine matches of the most prestigious sports and entertainment event on earth. Millions of fans will travel to the Dallas region, and the 15 other Host Cities across the United States, Mexico and Canada for FIFA World Cup 26™ matches.

This meeting is open to FEI Dallas members, chapter sponsors, and prospective members and other non-members by invitation per the chapter’s Guest Policy. Pre-registration is required for all attendees. When registering, please designate the sessions you plan to attend. This is important for headcount and catering purposes, and for CPE credit.

Guests may not serve in a business development role for a firm that provides products or services to financial executives unless specifically approved in advance. Guests may not attend monthly chapter meetings on a repeated basis. Guests who qualify for FEI membership may attend one monthly meeting on a complimentary basis, allowing them to evaluate the benefits of FEI membership. FEI DALLAS GUEST POLICY

Members and sponsors may bring guests subject to advance registration and approval. The following general conditions apply with exceptions approved in advance. Contact Jackie Dunn to request guest approval: [email protected].

Guest fees, if applicable, are payable by credit card in advance at the time of registration.
Guests generally may not attend monthly chapter meetings on a repeated basis. A notable exception is that chapter members’ financial staff are invited to the Summer Professional Development Series at no charge as a value-add to members, and may attend more than one session.
Guests may not serve in a business development role for a firm that provides products or services to financial executives unless specifically approved in advance.
Not all chapter events are open to guests. Refer to the registration section for each meeting for information on guest registration.

Special Provisions for Prospective Members
FEI members and chapter sponsors are encouraged to invite prospective members to monthly chapter meetings, the Summer Professional Development Series, and Special Events pursuant to the attendance guidelines for that event. Prospective members may attend one monthly FEI Dallas meeting on a complimentary basis, and additional events at the discretion of the Membership Committee, to evaluate the benefits of FEI membership.

CPE CREDIT

This event offers 2.5 CPE credits to all attendees who are eligible to earn CPE credit. Registration in the FEI system and onsite signature verification of attendance are required to earn CPE credit.

Financial Executives International is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org.

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some state boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour. Contact your state board for more information.
