It was a full house at our March chapter meeting as we learned about the inspirational story and rich history behind the making of
Seven Acre Dairy Company!
For nearly 100 years, the building along the Sugar River was a creamery. The property has been transformed into a boutique hotel, café, restaurant and bar, and even an event space coming this summer.
Preserving the history of the building while carving out it's revitalized future: "Seven Acre reaches back to the building’s 135-year history as a dairy cooperative, with archival images and museum-style time lines next to yellow-glazed brick walls and concrete floors."
