"Men as Allies" Presented by Robert Half & FEI Pittsburgh

You would be hard-pressed to find a leader in corporate America who would say they do NOT support inclusion.  While most White male leaders think of themselves as allies, research suggests relatively few are performing basic allyship actions.  In this session, leaders will walk away with three specific ways to move from support in theory, to support in action

We’re pleased to invite all members of the FEI community to learn about impactful allyship from Dr. Paul David Spradley, Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Dollar Bank, and founder of Care Based Leadership.  True progress towards inclusion requires the investment of all stakeholders - please plan to join us May 26th to learn more.  A networking reception with access to The Clemente Museum collections and Engine 25 Winery will follow our program.
