A Message From Our President - January 2019

Welcome Back and Happy New Year!

The Holiday Party at the Tampa Bay Yacht and Country Club was a fabulous way to end the year. Thank you to Bill Long for hosting us once again. The January networking event reviewing disaster preparedness was very enlightening and for those of you in attendance, we will have pictures of Joe Price and myself enjoying our “Disaster Dinner.”

Also, if you missed the CPE on the Lease Accounting Standards by Cherry Bekaert, you can download the presentation here – they made it very straight forward and provided some great insights.  

Finally, we have reserved Friday March 8^th as our FEI Volunteer Day at the brand-new Junior Achievement Finance Park in North Tampa. The program is only a one-day commitment and training is provided. The purpose of the program is to focus on the financial literacy of 8^th graders and provide a basic understanding of budgets and financial choices. It is a fabulous program and a lot of fun!
