Lockton supports FEI Tampa Bay because it brings together an exceptional network of finance leaders across our region. Sponsoring the chapter allows us to build relationships, share ideas, and stay engaged with the issues that matter most to the local business community.
What board committee do you serve on? And what role does that committee play in enhancing the chapter?
I serve as Chair of the Membership Committee. In that role, I focus on helping the chapter grow by attracting new members, retaining current members and strengthening engagement within the chapter.
How does your company provide value to finance executives in the Tampa Bay area?
Lockton provides value to finance executives by helping them better understand and manage the risks that can impact their organizations. We bring strategic insight around insurance, employee benefits, and total cost of risk so leaders can make more informed business decisions.

One of the things I value most about FEI Tampa Bay is the quality of the relationships it helps create. Through the chapter, I’ve had the opportunity to connect with finance leaders in meaningful ways that have led to thoughtful conversations, new perspectives, and lasting professional relationships.

My best networking tip is to focus on building genuine relationships rather than trying to make an immediate transaction. Be curious, ask thoughtful questions, and follow up in a meaningful way.
