Registration fees include:
- Financial Executive of the Year Awards Ceremony and Opening Reception (Sunday, May 19)
- All Conference Sessions (Monday, May 20 and Tuesday, May 21)

Also included are daily breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons and on-site conference materials.
* Guest/Spouse registration refers to a spouse, significant other, or other relation who does not have direct business or related industry interest in the conference, NOT a business associate or staff colleague. Guest/Spouse and Child registrations provide entry to all networking breaks, luncheons, Financial Executive of the Year Awards Ceremony, Opening Reception and Evening Networking Reception; they do not provide access to sessions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is due in advance. Registrations within 15 days of the conference require credit card payment. Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via
email.
- Until April 24, 2019: Refund issued less a $175 processing fee.
- April 25 - May 1, 2019: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI conference for up to one year.
- After May 1, 2019: No refunds or credits will be issued.

Conference Dress Code
Business casual is suitable for all conference activities. It is recommended to bring a light sweater as meeting rooms can get chilly.
