Substitutions and cancellations may be made at any time and must be sent in writing via email.

The following cancellation schedule will apply:

  • On/before October 15, 2017: Refund granted minus a $175.00 processing fee.
  • October 16-22, 2017: Credit letter issued less a $175 processing fee for use towards a future FEI national event for up to one year.
  • After October 22, 2017/No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be issued.
