Join us for this first session, where panelists will share an overview of the debt and equity markets. What is the historical, current, and future state of these markets? Another panelist will give us an overview of the M&A marketplace. This includes accounting and tax updates, valuations, deal flow, industry trends, availability of capital, and any trends in the due diligence process.
